To start a claim through Corso, our shipping protection partner, enter the email you used at checkout and your Gato order number below. It takes about 10 seconds. Corso will review your claim and typically respond within 2 hours. If approved, they’ll help with the next step, usually a replacement or refund.

You can use this portal for melted, damaged, lost, stolen, missing, or otherwise tragic-in-transit orders. Photos may be requested, especially for melted or damaged product, so please hang onto the product, box, insulation, and ice packs until your claim is resolved.
