When will my delivery arrive? 

All of our dates are handmade fresh weekly, and we use FedEx 2-day shipping to get them to your doorstep. Please expect your package to arrive within two days. However, please be aware that it is not uncommon for FedEx packages to get delayed, so we cannot guarantee 2-day delivery. 

Do you offer international shipping?

Not at this time, we will keep you posted!

The chocolate on the dates melted. What do I do?

We do our best to ensure Gato Dates arrive at your doorstep in pristine condition. However, delays do happen and sometimes the weather doesn’t cooperate (surprise heatwaves are out of our control!), so please excuse us for any melting that may (rarely) occur and be sure to put the dates in the fridge upon arrival. 

If the condition that the product arrives in does not meet your expectations, please send us an email (gabriella@gatodates.com or tonya@gatodates.com) with a photo and we will try to rectify the situation.
