Can I return or exchange my shipment?
Given the perishable nature of our offerings, we do not offer returns/exchanges/refunds unless an unintended mistake was made by Gato Dates (e.g., missing or damaged treat). Please ensure you enter all shipping information correctly.
Please note that the chocolate on our dates can occasionally discolor due to high moisture content of the fresh Medjool date. This is called "bloom" and does not impact the taste of the product. Our product is made fresh weekly and sold/shipped to customers the same week. Products with chocolate bloom are not eligible for a return/exchange/refund.
